FACE-TO-FACE COACHING

As a Speed & a Strength and Conditioning coach, my goal is to help athletes become faster, more powerful, and elevate their overall performance - both on the track and in the gym. Training with me means following a structured and consistent program tailored specifically to each athlete’s needs and goals. We work in one-month blocks, progressively increasing load and intensity over the first three weeks. The fourth week is a strategic recovery phase to promote adaptation and reduce the risk of injury. Whether we’re developing speed on the track, or building strength in the gym, my goal is to always enhance movement patterns every session. As well as design your program to maximise performance and long-term athletic development.

CLUBS/TEAM COACHING

I work with teams for 4-6 weeks to increase athletic performance, from Straight line speed, Change of direction (C.O.D), Agility, Off the mark speed, Correct technique, Mobility & Flexibility & Plyometrics.

Want to run faster?

I wanted to open a space where anyone can have access to my speed/ running programs. With so much misconception around "How To Run Fast." I wanted to create programs for individuals, individuals already in sport, or anyone looking to improve their running but do not know where to start. Being a professional athlete myself I wanted to be able to give the best advice possible in getting individuals to run at their best.
