FACE-TO-FACE COACHING
As a Speed & a Strength and Conditioning coach, my goal is to help athletes become faster, more powerful, and elevate their overall performance - both on the track and in the gym. Training with me means following a structured and consistent program tailored specifically to each athlete’s needs and goals. We work in one-month blocks, progressively increasing load and intensity over the first three weeks. The fourth week is a strategic recovery phase to promote adaptation and reduce the risk of injury. Whether we’re developing speed on the track, or building strength in the gym, my goal is to always enhance movement patterns every session. As well as design your program to maximise performance and long-term athletic development.
