I run a 4–6 week athletic performance program designed to elevate key components of speed, movement, and overall performance. The program targets several core areas, including:

  • Linear (Straight-Line) Speed

  • Change of Direction (C.O.D)

  • Reactive Agility

  • Explosive First-Step / Off-the-Mark Speed

  • Running and Movement Mechanics (Technique).

  • Mobility & Flexibility (incorporated into dynamic warm-ups and structured cool-downs)

  • Plyometrics to enhance power and movement efficiency

The program begins with baseline testing in Week 1 and concludes with a retesting phase in Week 6 to measure individual and team progress. Each session is built to develop efficient, controlled, and explosive movement patterns giving athletes the tools to perform at a higher level in their sport.
