My Group Speed Performance is designed for athletes from all sports who want to dominate their competition with dominant acceleration, rapid change of direction, and improved running mechanics. This is not fitness training — this is sport-specific speed development used by my self and other professional sprinters and elite teams to create explosive performance on the field, court, or track.

Whats Included :

The group coaching program targets several core areas, including:

  • Linear (Straight-Line) Speed

  • Change of Direction (C.O.D)

  • Reactive Agility

  • Explosive First-Step / Off-the-Mark Speed

  • Running and Movement Mechanics (Technique).

  • Mobility & Flexibility (incorporated into dynamic warm-ups and structured cool-downs)

  • Plyometrics to enhance power and movement efficiency

Every session follows a proven high-performance system used by elite athletes to produce faster, stronger, more explosive athletes — regardless of sport.
